For Long Life:
Hand wash gently in cold water with your favorite laundry detergent.
Rinse thoroughly in cold water.
Lay flat to dry out of the sun to avoid unnecessary fading.

If your not that fussed on the finer details of washing:
Put your scrunchie in a smalls bag and throw it in the washing machine with your next load of washing.
Best to wash with similar colours.
Dry in dryer if your feeling brave or for better results, hang it out to dry.
