Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At present we only have shipping within Australia automated on our website.  For other locations, please contact us with what you would like to purchase and your delivery address for a quote.

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $9.95 for regular delivery or $15 for express.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 with an Australian delivery address.

Online orders for delivery within Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel and usually arrive within 1 - 10 business days from dispatch.

Universal Gift Cards are financial instruments, which are provided as a free service.  Therefore we do not consider Gift Cards as goods and they do not contribute towards the calculation of free shipping within Australia.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

AUSTRALIA

Orders will normally be dispatched 1-2 business days from order confirmation subject to items being in stock.

Goods will be delivered via Australia Post.  Regular shipping will be delivered within 3+ business days from the date of dispatch.  Please allow up to 10 business days during peak periods.

Express shipping is *next day delivery from date of dispatch for metropolitan areas.  Please allow at least 2 days for all outer suburbs.

We cannot take responsibility for orders requested to be left unattended.

*Please note that once your parcel is with Australia Post the delivery time frame is set by them and on the rare occasion, parcels can be delayed without notice for varying reasons.

RETURNS

We understand shopping online means you may select something that doesn’t quite fit or maybe just looks a little different to what you thought. With this in mind and to make shopping with us easy we’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit but not refund.

Here’s the simple procedure for return or exchange or (refund if item is faulty) of goods purchased online:

  • We accept returns by mail.
  • Approved returns can be exchanged or issued a credit note for future shopping.
  • Refunds for a faulty item will be returned to the method of payment that was used for the original transaction.

To request a return, please email us at support@nakmuaylife.com.au to notify us of your intended return or exchange.  We will then issue you with a returns form and address.  Please note that returns are unable to be accepted without the returns form.

Here are some conditions we think are fair, and hope you do too :)

  • All returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Garments/items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.
  • All returned/exchanged garments are subject to inspection.  If the garment has been worn, damaged or altered in any way the return will be refused and return postage paid by the purchaser.
  • All credit notes issued are valid for one year.
  • Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded (unless the garment is faulty)
  • Return with tracking is advisable as we are not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
  • We do not accept any returns for exchange or refund on sale items under $20 unless the garment is faulty.

To ensure the preferred item for exchange is held while the returning order is in transit, we recommend emailing support@nakmuaylife.com.au in advance with the below information:

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery but will do everything in our power to have your purchase delivered to you asap.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and therefore recommend that you send all returns via Registered Post.
We ask that you allow up to 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for your account to be credited - for faulty items only.
